Who We Are

Authentic Allies is a psychology practice offering warmth, compassion and evidence-based support for adults navigating the complexities of life and mental health.

We’re allies, and sometimes also members of your communities, 
but above all, we’re here to be a safe place.

We provide Autism and ADHD support for adults

Our work centres on identity, belonging, and untangling the impact of long-standing stress, anxiety, or trauma - especially for those who have felt pressured to mask or fit into a world that never quite worked for them.

Come as you are.
