Who We Are
Being an ally isn't just about good intentions – it's about authentic action.
We work closely with the Autistic and ADHD community and are deeply committed to being an ally to those whose identities intersect with neurodivergence, including LGBTQIA+ (neuroqueer) communities, diverse cultural backgrounds, and those living with chronic illness and/or disability.

Our Approach
We are neurodiversity affirming psychologists
who are gender inclusive and trauma-informed, offering individual, online, telehealth therapy for people aged 18 and over.

We prioritise natural communication styles and ways of just 'being you'. That means you are welcome to participate in sessions in ways that work best for you (that may include stimming, movement, tangents, drawing, info dumping, pauses etc). Authenticity, compassion and the Social Model of Disability are central to our practice.
We provide therapeutic and practical support, recognising that people are shaped and impacted by the systems and environments that they live in. Our work draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, adapted Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and compassion-focused therapy.
